I was heading out to get some gasoline, and when I went back inside for my keys, bam! My car had decided to vanish with the remote in its glove compartment.

  • Honestly, I'm not making this up
  • It sped off like a scene from The Fast and the Furious, leaving me standing there with my jaw on the pavement.

  • Maybe there was a window I could use?
  • An intense feeling of panic washed over me.

There was no way I could possibly this. My phone was dead, and getting assistance seemed unlikely.
